Return Policy

At Jeff & Diane Toronto, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return under the conditions below.

1) Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return only after you have physically received the item.

  • Return requests must be emailed to info@jeffdianetoronto.ca within 14 days of delivery (based on carrier tracking).

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

  • Trying on is allowed; wearing is not.

  • Customer pays all return shipping costs, including international postage and any customs/duties charged on the return.

  • We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns in cases of bulk size sampling (e.g., intentionally ordering multiple sizes with the intention to return part/all of the order), excessive return activity, or items that do not meet our condition checks.

Non-returnable items: Final-sale items (marked as such at checkout), gift cards, intimate apparel (e.g., underwear), swimwear, and earrings (for hygiene reasons), and any item not in resellable condition.


2) How to Start a Return (RMA)

  1. Email info@jeffdianetoronto.ca within 14 days of delivery with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.

  2. We will reply with the return authorization and the supplier’s return address.

  3. Ship the item back at your expense, using a trackable service. Include the RMA details inside the parcel.

  4. You are responsible for any customs declarations and fees on the return.

  5. Keep your proof of postage and tracking until your return is processed.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Returns without tracking that are lost in transit cannot be processed.


3) Condition Inspection & Approval

  • Once the parcel arrives at our supplier’s facility in China, the item will undergo a quality inspection (tags attached, unused, unwashed, undamaged).

  • If approved, we’ll proceed with the refund. If the item fails inspection, we may reject the return or offer a partial refund depending on the condition.


4) Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days after the item is received and approved.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Any duties/taxes paid at import are not refunded by Jeff & Diane Toronto; you may check with your local customs office regarding reclaim options.

Exchanges: We do not process direct exchanges. Please place a new order for the desired size/color and return the original item per this policy.


5) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email info@jeffdianetoronto.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description, and clear photos of the issue and packaging.

  • We’ll review and advise next steps (replacement, refund, or alternative resolution). Claims reported after 7 days may be limited.


6) Liability & Address Issues

  • We are not responsible for packages marked Delivered by the carrier to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout, this is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Address corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing info@jeffdianetoronto.ca. We’ll do our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed once processing/shipping has begun.


7) Customs & Cross-Border Returns

  • As many orders are fulfilled by our supplier in China, international returns may incur customs clearance steps and fees. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Failure to complete required customs paperwork may delay or prevent return processing.
