3) Orders & Payments

  • Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

  • Payment methods vary by region; available options will be displayed at checkout.

  • In the event of a pricing or stock error, Jeff & Diane Toronto reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

All prices on our website are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD), unless otherwise stated.


4) Order Processing & Delivery

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Estimated Shipping Time: 3–7 business days (depending on destination)

  • Fulfillment Origin: All orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China to ensure the best prices and fast global fulfillment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We are not responsible for shipping delays or issues once the package has been handed to the carrier.


5) Returns & Cancellations

Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information regarding return eligibility, process, and conditions.
Cancellations can only be requested within 24 hours after placing your order. Once processing has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.


6) Liability

  • Jeff & Diane Toronto is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels if the carrier tracking shows the order as delivered.

  • Responsibility lies with the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

  • Address corrections must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

In case of disputes, the matter shall be submitted to the competent court in Toronto, Ontario.
